Specialty Environmental Construction · Southwest
Sand Stone Constructors delivers environmental construction, stormwater compliance, soil stabilization, visual mitigation and premium outdoor living solutions for residential, commercial, industrial and government clients.
Who we are
Most contractors handle the dirt. Most consultants handle the permit. We do both — which is why developers, engineering firms, utilities and agencies bring us in when a project has regulatory exposure attached to it.
Sand Stone Constructors is a specialty environmental construction company serving the Southwest. We self-perform restoration, stormwater compliance, stabilization and mitigation work, and we represent innovative soil stabilization technologies through our Terralok Solutions division. We don't compete on price. We compete on professionalism, expertise, execution and long-term value.

Our Terralok division brings engineered stabilization products to haul roads, laydown yards, slopes and disturbed surfaces — with crews trained to apply them.
Why Sand Stone
Our teams speak the language of permits, agencies and engineers — and still self-perform the dirt work.
Documented safety programs, trained crews and daily field reporting on every site we mobilize to.
Experience delivering under municipal, utility and agency contracting requirements and reporting standards.
We design for establishment periods and service life, not just substantial completion.
Project portfolio
Our portfolio is structured by category so every project sits under the capability that delivered it.

Site and soil conditions are evaluated up front, with geotechnical lab testing where the scope calls for it.
Product selection and application guidelines are customized to the project's performance requirements.
A site walk defines project details, access, staging and the constraints the work has to be built around.
Scope, sequencing and pricing are documented in a formal bid before mobilization is scheduled.
A pre-construction meeting aligns crews, equipment and the client team on methods and schedule.
Self-performed execution with quality assurance oversight and documentation through closeout.
Industries we serve
Safety & quality
Safety performance and quality control are managed as programs with documentation, not as promises made at the pre-construction meeting.
Task-specific hazard analysis, toolbox talks and documented daily reporting on every active site.
OSHA training, equipment certification and site-specific orientation before any crew mobilizes.
Incident tracking, leading-indicator reporting and prequalification documentation available on request.
Submittals, product data and methods approved before the field need arises.
Photo logs, quantity tracking and daily reports assembled progressively into the closeout package.
Post-installation monitoring so results are measured rather than assumed.

Safety Rating
Company metrics are published only once verified. Values are maintained in a single configuration file and appear here as soon as they are supplied.
Environmental stewardship
Restoration work is only successful if the site is still functioning years after the crews leave. That standard shapes how we scope, sequence and close out every project.
We minimize footprint, salvage topsoil and re-establish native systems wherever the scope allows.
Stabilization and dust programs designed to cut water consumption, not just meet the permit.
Establishment periods, monitoring and maintenance built into scope so the landscape actually recovers.
Our commitment
Client testimonials are published only when they are real and attributable. Until then, these are the standards we hold ourselves to on every project.
Scope, schedule and constraints are discussed honestly before award — including the parts of a project we think will be difficult.
Restoration, stabilization and compliance scope is performed by our own crews, so accountability for the result stays with us.
Compliance requirements are read, understood and built into the sequence rather than handled after an inspection finding.
Daily reports, photo logs and quantity tracking are assembled progressively so closeout is not a scramble.
Restoration is scoped through establishment and monitoring, because a site that fails after demobilization is not a finished project.
Every crew works to a documented safety program, and no schedule pressure changes that.
